AdFlow

Terms of Service

Effective August 26, 2026 · Last updated August 26, 2026

1. Binding agreement

These Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) are a legally binding contract between you and the owner and operator of the AdFlow service at https://adflow.grok.me (the “Operator,” “AdFlow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By creating an account, checking “I agree,” signing in, continuing as a guest, generating ads, connecting an ad account, launching a campaign, or otherwise using AdFlow, you accept this Agreement in full. If you do not agree, do not use AdFlow.

You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have legal authority to bind yourself and any business you represent.

2. What AdFlow is — and is not

AdFlow is software that helps you draft advertising creative and, when you instruct it to, send campaigns to third-party advertising platforms you connect (including Meta/Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and others).

AdFlow is not an advertising agency, media buyer, law firm, tax advisor, or the advertiser of record. AdFlow is not Meta, Google, or any other ad platform. We do not control those platforms, their review, their billing, their bans, or their delivery.

Nothing on AdFlow is a promise of results, sales, downloads, leads, impressions, approvals, or rankings. Scores, “predicted” numbers, opportunity scores, reach estimates, and similar figures are informational tools only.

3. You are the advertiser

You are solely the advertiser, publisher, and controller of every campaign launched through AdFlow. You are solely responsible for: all ad copy, images, video, claims, offers, targeting, landing pages, pixels, disclosures, testimonials, pricing, and call-to-action; compliance with all laws (including advertising, consumer protection, privacy, intellectual property, and election rules); and each platform’s advertising policies.

You must review every creative before launch. AI-generated text, images, video, headlines, and targeting suggestions are drafts. You adopt them as your own when you launch or export them.

You represent that you own or have all rights needed in anything you paste, upload, or connect (websites, logos, photos, product names, trademarks, music, and likenesses), and that your ads will not infringe any third party.

4. Third-party ad platforms

When you connect Meta, Google, or any other platform, you authorize AdFlow to use the tokens and IDs you provide only to perform the actions you request (create, update, pause, or report on campaigns).

Those platforms may reject, delay, limit, pause, or delete ads; freeze accounts; require identity checks or two-factor authentication; change APIs; or charge your payment method on file with them. AdFlow has no duty to reverse, refund, or fix platform decisions.

You release and hold harmless the Operator from every claim arising out of platform review, delivery, billing, policy enforcement, account restrictions, error codes, missing ads in Ads Manager, pixels, pages, business managers, or similar third-party conduct.

5. Money: AdFlow fees vs ad spend

Ad spend is charged by the ad platforms on the payment methods attached to YOUR ad accounts. The Operator never takes your ad spend and is not a party to those charges. You are solely responsible for budgets, run dates, overspend, accidental launches, and platform invoices.

AdFlow subscription fees (Free, Pro, Scale, and any add-ons such as video) are billed separately through Stripe to the Operator. Paid plans renew until you cancel. Fees are earned when paid and are not refundable except where required by law.

Free-plan limits (including campaign count and daily spend caps inside AdFlow) may change. Hitting a cap is not a defect.

6. Acceptable use

You will not use AdFlow for illegal ads, fraud, scams, hate, harassment, adult content involving minors, weapons or drugs where prohibited, deceptive health or financial claims, or anything the connected platforms forbid.

You will not probe, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or attempt to access Owner Desk, other users’ data, stored secrets, or non-public APIs. You will not impersonate the Operator.

7. Accounts, security, and Owner Desk

You are responsible for your login (including X, Google, and email). Notify us if you lose access. Actions taken from your session are yours.

Owner Desk, Stripe keys, platform app secrets, webhooks, and similar controls are for the Operator only. Customers have no right to that area.

8. Content license

You keep ownership of your product materials. You grant the Operator a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, generate from, transmit, and display that material solely to operate AdFlow for you, including sending it to the ad platforms you connect.

AdFlow branding, software, layouts, and models remain the Operator’s. You may not copy the product except to use it as offered.

9. No warranties

ADFLOW IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

The Operator does not warrant that ads will be created, approved, delivered, profitable, or error-free; that connections to Meta, Google, Stripe, or others will remain available; or that scores or analytics are accurate.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS, OR AD SPEND, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

THE OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM: AD CONTENT YOU LAUNCH; AD SPEND ON THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS; PLATFORM REJECTION, BAN, OR BILLING; AI OUTPUT; YOUR TARGETING; YOUR LANDING PAGES; OR YOUR FAILURE TO REVIEW ADS BEFORE LAUNCH.

THE OPERATOR’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS IN THE AGGREGATE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO THE OPERATOR FOR ADFLOW SUBSCRIPTION FEES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (EXCLUDING AD SPEND PAID TO PLATFORMS). IF YOU PAID NOTHING, LIABILITY IS ZERO.

THESE LIMITS ARE A FUNDAMENTAL PART OF THE BARGAIN AND APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, INCLUDING FOR NEGLIGENCE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE PLACES, THE LIMITS APPLY TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED.

11. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Operator and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of: your ads or campaigns; your product, website, or landing page; your ad accounts; your violation of law or platform rules; your infringement of another’s rights; your ad spend; or your breach of this Agreement.

The Operator may assume exclusive defense of any matter at your expense. You will not settle a claim that admits fault by the Operator without written consent.

12. Release

You hereby release, waive, and forever discharge the Operator from all claims, known or unknown, arising from your use of AdFlow, your advertising, third-party platforms, or third-party processors (including Stripe).

If you are a California resident, you waive California Civil Code §1542 (unknown claims). Residents of other states waive any similar statute.

13. Dispute resolution; governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs arbitration.

Any dispute shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Arkansas. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. The arbitrator may award relief only in your individual capacity.

Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court in Arkansas. The Operator may seek injunctive relief in any court to protect the service or intellectual property.

14. Term and termination

You may stop using AdFlow at any time. The Operator may suspend or terminate access immediately for any breach, risk, or legal reason, or if a connected platform cuts off access.

Sections 3–13 and 15 survive termination. Stored tokens may be deleted on request via the deletion page.

15. General

This is the entire agreement about AdFlow. If a court finds a part unenforceable, the rest stays in force and the part is modified to the minimum extent needed to be enforceable.

The Operator may update these Terms. Continued use after posting means you accept the update. The current version is always at https://adflow.grok.me/terms.

You may not assign this Agreement. The Operator may assign it. There are no third-party beneficiaries except the indemnified persons in Section 11.

Privacy is described at https://adflow.grok.me/privacy. Notices to the Operator may be sent through the contact method listed for the AdFlow application.
